Reservations of Alpenglow Lodge are generally done by phone and mail. Reservations are penciled into the calendar until a down payment is received.

The Anchorage Ski Club completes the reservation upon receiving 1/2 of the rental sum along with the signed Contract, Cleaning and Security form, and Alcohol Waiver, if applicable. The second half of the rental sum, along with the cleaning and security deposit are due three weeks prior to the event.
